Retrobutterfly has a strict quality control system.

Each item is checked thoroughly prior to listing on the website and checked again prior to despatch. Any faults or marks on an item will be highlighted in the item's listing. If you receive your item and it is not as described on the website, we will offer a full refund.

Please remember that all vintage items are vintage and will have signs of wear, relative to their age. This, in no way deters from the quality...if anything, it adds to the character and charm of the item.
